We met up at g&g's house for this shoot, what gorgeous location... and a perfect afternoon, the sun even stayed with us for a few hours! Little A was sure a fast one, and wasn't too interested in me... but soon he gave in! How do I get so lucky with such adorable clients?

{fall is in the air}

I love shooting downtown Portland, every time I show up, the atmosphere changes just a bit, especially in the fall. We were lucky enough to have great weather- and have perfect fall colors surround us!

Birthday Boy!

What a sweet evening to do photos, check out this fog! A perfect family to match the gorgeous forecast. We were both a little sceptical, it had been raining alllll day long, we were on the verge of canceling when we decided to just go through with it, so glad that we did! All four of these guys had the most sparkly blue eyes, especially the two little ones, they kept me on my toes and it was so worth it! A special shout out to Mr. Karson who turned a big ONE today! Happy birthday buddy!

One of the most remarkable gifts is life. Being present in a delivery room is one of the most amazing experiences I have ever felt. I was honored that one of my closest friends asked me to be in the same room to document, when she gave birth to her fourth child. It was absolutely beautiful, perfect in every way. Thank you, Bethany and Lynn for sharing such a priceless gift!

{Pepper & Katie...}

... and family! I love when I get to see this sweet family, I last took photographs of little Katie when she first got Pepper last Christmas. It's so fun to see clients grow... even their puppies! After their family session, Katie got all dolled up in her ballerina gear and pranced all around the mansion. Throwing poses left and right!
