This little lady woke up Christmas morning with a new best friend licking her face! What a sweet surprise from Santa, for a sweet sweet little girl, and such a great idea to capture these sweet little moments before they both grew anymore! Such a pleasure... as always!!

Okay, this family totally wins the trooper award! It rained/snowed through their entire session... and they all still wanted to do them... even though I'm sure they were chilled to the bone and jumped for glee when I finished their families photos and they got to go warm up inside! You guys are awesome, here are a few of my favs... there are still plenty more to come.

Just working on this sweet little boy's family gallery (which is almost finished!) and couldn't help but add this to my favorites from this session. Isn't this little guy just a little stud muffin? One of those kids I could just photograph for hours!

I swear, the weather has held out this year... I have had soooo many sunny days, and only one cancellation due to rain, how lucky is that? I mean we do live in the NW. This session reminded me of how crazy nice it really has been... because, man was it cold for this family! My fingers had to defrost for sometime afterwards! But this family did totally awesome!! Half of them were even in dresses, thanks for sportin the cold so well, I had a great time with your family. Just a few from our fun session a few days ago...

m&m's to the rescue.

Good thing mom came prepared with those sweet little candies, they sure worked like a charm! These kids were just the sweetest to work with, and check out their style... my, my have they grown since last year! I'm hoping I can find the little ladies coat in my size somewhere? Thanks for working with me and my bad sense of direction, I really shouldn't leave home without my GPS. Hope you like a few of my favorites from our session!

Another downtown crew..

I got so excited when this family chose the downtown location, I love this spot more and more everytime I show up! To top it off, for some reason... I have had the best luck with weather when coming here, I'm talking beautiful-sunny-not a cloud in sight days in November?!? I'm thinking this might just be the last gorgeous day before the 4 month streak of winter rain hits the Portland area... but I am hopeing to be wrong! What a cute family I had the chance to get to know and photograph a few days ago, they had quite the goofy personalities which made them warm up to me fast, letting me capture some great images. Here are a few teasers before your gallery is done.

Just finishing up this cute families gallery, and couldn't help but share this sweet image I came across, love finding that bond between young siblings... you always know it's in there somewhere.

boys, boys, boys...

...you just gotta love them! These three little guys were just the sweetest, once they warmed up to me their personalities just flowed. They were totally content going crazy in the leaves and boy oh boy do they love the camera... being behind the camera. They were totally fascinated in my camera, and were thrilled when I let them snap a few! Cute, cute boys!

Such a good looking family! And those boys... I already have dibs on one of them for my daughter... that is if they are around in 15 years. I love Oregon City it has a great down town area and fabulous fall colors, I would love to come back here and photograph near some of the awesome older buildings that are just everywhere! I have been so lucky lately with the rain... it stops for a good hour while I get the job done, then a few minutes, after I am headed off it just down pours. Thank you mother nature!

Family of Seven...

I was able to meet up with this photogenic family at their home, and wow, this family was just amazing. Every child was so well behaved, and actually wanted their photos taken (imagine that)! The parents of these five kids were so good.. I left thinking I could handle having five kids... that is if they all turned out like these beauties! Each child had such a sweet personality, and they were musically talented too... almost too good to be true! Thank you for contacting me, you have a gorgeous family. I had a super tough time picking out my favorites, so there are a whole lot of pics... but, I had to leave a few a surprise, here is your little sneak peak, hope you enjoy them!

I just had to post this one especially for Mr. J, he got this while at the pumpkin patch for a school field trip... he wanted a photo of just the pumpkin he chose all by itself. He was so proud of it, I just had to post it there's now way I could let him down! So here you go J, your pumpkin in all it's glory! Nice pick!
