growin up

I don't normally post any photos of my own kiddos on my photog blog, but every once in a while a come across one that I just have to post. Here is one of my beautiful baby girl. They grow up too too fast.

I get so lucky, and work with the most beautiful people. Isn't she just gorgeous at 34 weeks? We had a fun afternoon, although it was BLAZING hot! She was up for anything I threw at her, which is always fun. They are such a sweet couple and are anxious to meet their new son, what a lucky little bundle to be born into so much love. Good luck in the next few weeks... can't wait to hear the news!

first big milestone

What a fun couple of hours I had with this sweet family. E is just a beautiful little gal, and so full of life! She has her parents wrapped around her little finger, and I completly see why! I was finally able to meet her gorgeous son. What a handsome little thing he is! At only 3 1/2 weeks he is just super strong, and loving the outside world. I am partial to little boys, maybe because my first was also a boy. But there is just something about those little guys that makes my heart just melt! And 'E' was no exception. Congrats on your perfect new bundle! Introduing....

the chase!

This little cupcake was f-a-s-t! I had to be quick, we basically just chased her around her backyard, the cutest little personality ever! As I edited these pictures, I couldn't help but just smile... her love for life was so contagious. What a sweetheart! Hope you like some of my favorites from the other day! ;) The rest should be ready soon... we will be in touch, definitely!

This little guy, was just the most perfect little newborn, it's no wonder his parents are so in love with him. He was such a trooper, he just slept away as I adjusted and re-adjusted him again and again. Such a beautiful baby boy, congrats to this gorgeous family. I loved the way these sweet sleepy pictures turned out, I hope his parents enjoy their little preview...

Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep.

After a lot of consideration, tears, and pondering, I decided to register to be a volunteer through this amazing, beautiful organization, Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep. I learned about this program through a photography forum, and knew instantly I wanted to be a part of it. I registered a few weeks back, and today was approved. I just pray when I receive that first phone call, I can pull myself together and give a soft, gentle heirloom of photographs of these beautiful babies and provide an important part of these precious families healing process.
